Our Story

Quantum Factor was born at the intersection of urgency, love, and innovation.

In the Spring of 2021 when founder, Jen Dillon’s mother suffered a severe health decline after receiving a mRNA shot, followed by severe Long COVID symptoms, Jen was thrust into a world few are prepared for—one where conventional answers were limited, symptoms were complex, and recovery pathways felt fragmented. 

Watching someone she loved struggle ignited a singular mission: to explore solutions beyond the conventional model and investigate how the body could be supported at a deeper, systems-level.

Jen began assembling an independent collective of researchers, physicians, integrative practitioners, and frequency specialists—all united by one goal: to study how advanced detoxification strategies, energetic medicine, and quantum-based technologies could support the body’s natural recovery processes in cases of complex inflammatory stress, including what is now commonly referred to as Long COVID–related symptom patterns.

This collaboration led to the development of an investigational protocol known in research settings as HSD—now evolving into what would become Quantum Factor™
